ijoy capo 100 error HELP

i have this mod its not new and when i try to charge it it gives me a screen with 2 batteries and the left battery has an x in it and the right has a check ..... i dont know how to fix it

One battery dead, or not charged to the level of the other. You need an external charger if you have a 2 battery device.You cannot rely on the mod to charge them equally. Need to replace both at the same time!

Uh have you checked if the polarity (orientation) of your batteries are correct? They may be charged just fine but inserted incorrectly.

I'm going to agree with this. ^

Unless your mod has one of the superior chips (ie DNA), you can't rely on it charging both batteries equally. Charging external batteries with a dedicated box charger is faster, safer, and most recommended.

If I'm not mistaken, the capo 100 is a single battery mod.....
