I use the Exo now for about 4 weeks and this tank really impresses me. The singlecoil deck is so amazingly good, that I didn't even wanted to try the dualcoil deck.
As a bonus the tank is bonedry. There's not even condensation on the jfc or afc.
It replaced even my Engine as my "out and about tank".
The only con is the topfillcap. It's as messy as the Engine's sidefillport.

Interesting. I think the top fill on the EXO RTA (and every other top fill RTA I've used) is a lot better than the side fill of the Engine Nano. A top fill makes it much easier for me to see how close I am to filling up the tank and there's never any juice squeezing out like there is on the Engine Nano.

Everytime I screw the top back on, there's a drop of liquid squeezed out between topcap and tank, no matter how much liquid I fill in. It seems to come from the topcap itself.
It's absolutely no dealbreaker for me and it didn't bother me on the Engine too much either.
So to make it short, I wished the Exo had the sidefillport of the Engine.

It's cool how that sideport is integrated into the top of the tank.

Anyone pickup one yet?
I bought the RTA EXO and I love it. I love it so much after I broke both the tanks I bought another EXO RTA. Now that FT offers replacement glass for both the 2mL and 6mL setup I'll keep this tank in my rotation forever.

Well I'm definitely doing something wrong. The chimney got stuck to the build deck on this latest EXO RTA.

I noticed something strange before this happened. Yesterday the JFC alternated between being very tight and loose. I don't know why that happened. I think this might have resulted in the chimney getting stuck to the build deck.

You need to tighten down the tanksection. I use my pliers in the fillport and a rubberband for the bottompart for that. Then screw the tanksection onto the builddeck just handtight.

There is a little bit of cotton reaching out the juiceport. Just tuck it back in and you should be fine.

Seems like you have too much cotton in there

I'll use less next time.

Yup I always use pliers to tighten the fillport and I screw the tank on by hand. I never thought to try tightening the bottom of the tank because I thought tightening the top fillport would lock everything in. I'll give that a try.

I have a dumb question. Do you guys close the JFC by turning it clockwise? This is what I've been doing all this time and after a while, the JFC will become too tight and I think that's why the chimney section gets stuck to the build deck. This doesn't happen with my other tanks with JFC. I always open & close them by turning them clockwise.

I normally turn clockwise too, unless I over shot it & I'll turn it back counterclockwise.

Now.... wondering....isn't turning clockwise the close/lock position the right way to do it?...cos that's how I also turn it for a lock...(I don't tighten fully ).....I stand to be corrected...is it suppose to be counter clockwise...cos on mine(when it was still alive) it wouldn't go...
