I just reserved an iJoy Exo RTA from the very first shipment that came to Egypt and I will be receiving it tomorrow. I didn't actually read many reviews about it but it looked quite appealing nonetheless, and I am glad I found this thread because now I feel better about my decision. I just recently retired my OBS Engine RTA because I do not like dual coil tanks, so I am hoping this one will be as good as my Ammit and Merlin in single coil mode, if not better!
Should I use the coils that come with it or use my own wires? I have a regular GeekVape Kanthal A1 24 gauge and a Fused Clapton 26*32GA, but I usually use the latter for single coil tanks (5 - 6 wraps on 3mm).
By the way, has anyone noticed a difference in flavor production when using the 6ml extension kit? Or is it essentially the same?

You made the right choice ordering it IMO it is 1 of the best RTA I ever used so far
Either or will do but it might be a little airy with simple coil so you need to adjust your air flow or use the restrictor that comes with it
With the restrictor both are the same however without the restrictor it shines with the short extension
@Gallant thanks for your reply! I am wondering what that restrictor is exactly? Is it kind of like the restrictor that comes with the Merlin Mini which turns it into a MTL tank? Or is it a difference mechanism altogether?
Default air flow is 4.4mm restrictor is 2.3mm
With the restrictor in & air flow wide open you still have a decent direct lung hit closing the air flow almost all the way will make it MTL

You guys were right! The airflow is really, really wide even though I lowered the fused clapton coil as much as possible without touching the base. I'm vaping it with the airflow half-way open right now but I'll be using the restrictor in the next build. I really like the tank so far, though, because it's very smooth and the flavor is on-point. I don't think I'll ever be using the 6ml extension except with the dual-coil build, though.

With the restrictor in I tested both the 6 & 2ml extensions IMO flavor is about the same
You hit the nail on the head, guys. I have been vaping in single coil mode with the restrictor in and it feels so much better now. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the restrictiveness really glorifies the flavor and provides a better vape.
Ordered an exo rta today. Lets see what all fuss is about...

Ok all my Tanks are taking a back seat. Sorry to my new OBS Nano and even iJoy Combo. This is the Tank. Love it!love it!love it! Thanks Anthony Vapes for the review once again when posted on VU. Best purchase for a Tank to date by far.
