I purchased a couple cartomizers and an adapter to fit KR808 cartos on my eGo battery and Isaac left me a voicemail today to confirm I indeed needed the adapter. I thought this was absolutely wonderful (I chose the right adapter) that he took the time to do this rather than just ship the items with the possibility of my order being incorrect.

He gave me the option of calling or texting him to let him know if it was correct - which was great because I was working and unable to call him back. But also, after I texted him to let him know I needed the adapter - he took the time throughout the day to just chitchat with me about existing products on the market and also drop subtle hints of upcoming product from him.

In short, I will definitely be buying all of my atomizers & cartomizers from him - for as long as possible. The extra couple cents mean nothing when the overall experience was as perfect as this was.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I also had a new cartomizer that I ordered from him was DOA - and he took the time to give me some feedback to get it working. While the cartomizer didn't work; he did tell me to drop him a note on my next order and he'll take care of it. A+++!

Just a follow-up... I've continued doing business with Isaac and I must say... every transaction with him has been perfect. Great communication, price is not outlandish as his cartomizers simply are amazing and last a LONG time. Not to mention he puts up with my countless questions and incessant babbling about nothing. I simply cannot find enough positive words to describe my experience with this vendor. Plus - his stock is always low or out... because the product he is selling is TIP TOP!

Isaac, if you read this: Thanks so much for all your help, suggestions, advice, and transitioning me into 5v vaping. I really appreciate it!
