Ikenvape Shipping

Has anybody ever ordered attys from ikenvape? I ordered 6 attys on Thursday and they took my money but still haven't shipped my attys. Does anybody know how long it takes them to ship? I got the e-mail saying they got my order and everything but never got an e-mail confirming it shipped with a tracking number. This seems kinda odd to me and I'm a little worried. Any help on this would be much appreciated. If anybody knows how to get in touch with them by phone I would love to have the number as well.

I've been doing business with Ikenvape for a long time, and Isaac is a stand up guy. Perhaps he is celebrating the Easter weekend. I hope that helps ease your mind a bit

Ikenvape is in the absolutely trustworthy zone of vendors, a small business well-known to people who like top quality atties and cartos. He'll do things like check back with people on an order if one of the parts looks out of place (like a bad adapter selection for the atty or carto). With Good Friday and Easter, plus just buying a new house, it's quite possible that he has been out of office on a three day weekend.

Reply on the sales email you received, though the odds are good you'll see a shipping notice tomorrow.

Thursday and Friday are not Easter. He claimed on his website that he ships same day. I would think if he's on some sort of vacation that he would specify that so people don't have to worry about their order. I'm not saying anything about Isaac as I'm sure he's a good dude. I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this experience and if so how long will I be waiting to get my attys.

The Shipping area says "try our best". I've only placed a half dozen orders with them, maybe two shipped same day, two next day, two at two business days ARO. If something is time critical, note it on the order is pretty much the norm.

Thursday was the day the order was placed, so whether it would have been picked and packed that day is a normal best effort. A fair number of places, particularly at the smaller shop level, treat Good Friday as a holiday (Wikipedia: "Public schools, some universities, most private companies, financial and stock market are closed on Good Friday.").

Ikenvape is nominally a Monday - Friday operation (even big PV places tend to actually just be Monday - Friday), things going out on a Saturday would be abnormal.

I'd expect a shipping notice tomorrow.

(You asked a valid question. The above really is just intended to be an honest answer to it.)

I love attys and mega cartos from IKV. In fact, his RY4 is my all day vape. I don't ever remember getting a shipping notice from him, but I usually get my stuff 3 days later. He is one of the fastest shippers of my preferred vendors.

Everything from this vendor is well worth the wait, if there is one, I always have my orders in the mailbox in three days.

I ordered from them March 26th, shipped March 27th from PA, received in CA March 29th.

I exchanged a few emails with Isaac discussing some of the minor details of my <$20 order and he gave me $5 store credit. Made this customer feel appreciated. I would send him an email asking him what's the holdup and give him a chance to make it right.

Thanks for the input everyone. I hope to see it shipped out sometime today. I keep forgetting about good Friday because I'm not in grade school anymore lol. Sounds like Isaac is a stand up guy and if I like the attys I'll continue to do business with him.
