Ikenvape to re-stock soon

I got word from Issac at Ikenvape that they should be well re-stocked next week and hopefully soon have a system of keeping carto inventories up.


I'm keeping my fingers crossed in hope that this run of cartos will be better than the last.

What do you mean by get fixed? I will say I ordered about 10 last time as a "sample" to try them out. I was interested in the whole "lasts for 3 weeks with heavy usage". I found that after a day or two they would tighten up so much I could barely take a drag on them. The way I vape though they did perform better than any other cartos I tried. But 3 weeks? that's a bold statement and I found they didn't last anywhere near that long.

I found the platinum V2's SR's to work amazingly though!

Well..regarding the last batch of Fusions, there were a lot of complaints (me included) regarding the quality control....problems like you mentioned and many being bad right out of the wrapper (tight draw/little to no vapor). Isaac at IKV was even exchanging/replacing them with the Platinums. They SHOULD last longer than a day or 2...maybe not 3 weeks but I'd be happy with a week.

I bought a batch and they were terrible. Almost everyone was bad out of the wrapper. Definitely not the quality I'm used to getting from them.

The platinums I got were great. But yea, the fusions sucked last order (unfortunately my first) I'm willing to give them another try though as they've had so much hype and I'm on the search for a supplier of consistent cartomizers right now.

My sr platinums (slotted) from the last time they were available have been awesome. For example, the one I have in a tank right now was put in last Monday and I've run close to 30 ml of frosty peach from the vapor chef through it (apparently I'm vaping too much). My guess is that the carto will outlast my supply of that flavor. Time to stock up on cartos and another tank or two from IBtanked.

Got 15 Platinum Sr slotted on the way! I almost can't believe they came back in stock. I hope they work well, I'm still on the search for dependable consistent cartos. The Boge slotted at surevapes.com have been tiding me over for now though. I think it's the best website to find cartos if Ikenvape is out of stock.

Also, what's up with the in-stock notification for ikenvape not working? The last two times they had stock come in I wasn't notified after signing up both times. I just have to check every once in a while.

At this point I'm gonna have to say that ikenvape cartos are just completely overrrated. First order I did was nothing special and alot of the cartos were no good out of the box. So far on my second order of 15 slotted platinum mega's I've had one just taste funky, one is at like 1.2 ohm (supposed to be standard at 3ohm) and the third worked fine for a day and is now flooding. I'd say they're just as good as boge slotted cartos from surevapes.com without having to check the website every day to see if they re-stocked.

And three weeks of heavy usage? i haven't been able to get more than a day of use out of any that I've ever gotten. Vape quality goes south after 24 hours in my experience.

Not impressed with the "almighty" ikenvape cartos. the search for the perfect vape continues......

I'm not going to make excuses for them but, if you go to their forum here on ECF they have acknowledged the problem and they are as frustrated as "we" are. They've had 2 recent bad batches and he's working on finding a more reliable supplier. I wouldn't write them off entirely. For the record...I hear Boge (who actually currently makes the Ikenvape cartos) is having problems as well right now. There is a "fix" posted here for the current bad batch of IKV cartos:

Or, alternately Ikenvape will give you your money back or an exchange. I don't remember hearing about any other company that accepts returns or exchanges for cartos...just saying.

I'm going to look into that. The fact that they'll even acknowledge that they have a bad batch of cartos goes a long way in my book. I'm going to message them today and will check back in a bit.

Same issue here with the stock notification. I got no email and all this time I thought they still hadn't gotten new stock. Bummer
