I fell off the wagon again and went back to analogs and here I am trying to get back on the vaping train. I was on the IKV website lastnight and saw clear cartos and I couldn't resist buying a few even though I still have a decent amount of other cartos.
Are these clear cartos as good as the rest of Isaac's cartos? (I got the single coil)

I bought five clears a few days ago and am on number two. They are great on my ego. Definitely the best cartos I have tried. Tons of vapor and good throat hit. Great flavor too with RY4. Pretty sure you will like them. Compared to some others, they take around 30 drops to soak the whole matting the first time, then I use 15 when it needs refilling.

I dont know.....Sometimes my vape just doesnt hit the spot and I pick up the analogs. I really dont know why it happens. But I'm trying real hard to get back to my vape. I have some new liquids coming and hopefully I'll find a new all day vape, cause my last one (waffle) just doesnt taste right any more.
I am really amped to try the clear cartos, they look awesome!

I got a few of the single coils and dual coils a couple of weeks ago. I just cleaned out the only three that I've used (one single and two duals) and I'm waiting for them to dry out so I can see how they vape afterwards. I really LOVE both of them! They are truly just as good as the rest of Isaac's LR cartos (if not better, I dare say!)

I'm currently using a 60PG/40VG mix with these, but I'm seriously considering using a 50/50 mix. Can we say "FOG MACHINE", everyone? The flavor and vapor on these are great! I was using a coffee flavor, a chocolate flavor and a strawberry flavor with them, had refilled at least three times on each and never noticed even the slightest hint of burnt taste or decrease in performance.

I had a few of the beta Clear SC 510s and they were pretty good. Ordered 5 of the new Clear XLR single coils as soon as they were added to the site, and they are incredible. The seal on the connection end is much better, the betas were pretty easy to accidentally pull apart, but these new ones are solid. The larger size is nice, I usually put in 1.5 ml to start off with now. The vapor production is good, I use 60/40 PG/VG normally and get a huge cloud of vapor. The most amazing thing with these though is the flavor. 5Card will not like me saying this, but I get more flavor off these than from the Fusion (even the new LR Fusions). After a week I've already ordered more, not because they've gone bad (still on the first 2 in rotation), but because I want to make sure I always have plenty around.

I'll add my vote to this one. Isaac truly did it for me this time!! These clear 1.6 SCs are perfect for me on my eGo's. Better the the Boge LRs I was hooked on! Just as warm, easy draw, awesome vapor and MORE flavor!! I'm hooked!!!

And they last MUCH longer than Boges did for me!

(And it's really cool to see the juice "in action". NO MORE GUESSING if you need to top it off or not. Or how much!)

WomanofHeart,
I've never cleaned a carto. I just toss them. But, I'm curious as to how you cleaned yours and how the performance was afterwards. Thanks!

That's great that you're liking them! I really hope they hold out just well for you. I wish I would've noticed your order! I could've sent you a sample of some Ry4! It's such a subtle blend that is turning into alot of folks 'all-day vape! Don't forget when times get rough, you have all the support here in the world!

Actually I have a bottle of your ry4. I ordered it a few months back. It's pretty good (most would say phenomenal) but it's just not my thing. It became alot better after steeping, but I dont think it'll ever be an all day vape for me......I seem to be more partial to fruit flavors.
right now I vaping blueberry in one of your amazing clear single coils and I've only had 2 analogs today. My desire to smoke is quickly diminishing again....YAY!

I just rinsed them out under hot water in the sink and blew them out until all of the residual juice was gone. That's another advantage of the clear tubing. Once all the juice was cleared out, I gave them another rinse, blew them out very well and let them dry overnight on the top fan of my computer case. I filled one this morning and let it sit for a couple of hours and guess what? IT VAPES EXACTLY LIKE IT DID THE FIRST TIME I FILLED IT! (Like that's a big surprise to anyone here...)

I always try to clean out my cartos because I'm cheap and paying back student loans is expensive. I'll admit it. If I can use something over again, I'll do it.

Isaac!! Holy smokes batman! These dual coil cartos are knocking my sox off. I was NEVER a carto fan. I tired soo many different ones and only really approved of 1 but it wasn't enough to convert me. These on the other hand are AMAZING! I threw away a pretty fresh cisco 306 after a couple hits from this thing! Man oh man do I love these things. On my VV they never lose flavor no matter if they're pushed to 4.5v. Easy to fill and thy don't leak. Just a pleasure so far. Thanks Isaac! You'll be hearing from me soon.

Hey folks,

Isaac knows more than anybody that I'm his biggest fan of these 1.6 SC clear cartos. But, I want to see if anybody else is having this problem. I've had three of them now that the plastic tubing has separated from the base. Now, admittedly, I'm not a gentlest of people. (actually the last thing my wife always says to me when I go to do something is, "don't get hurt and don't break anything!) The first one I figured it had been dropped too many times. But, these last 2 or 3 I've been trying to be very careful with, but the same thing has happened. (At the same time I have a black one that has lasted me over 2 weeks! This has never happened with ANY carto for me!)

1) Is this happening to anybody else?
2) Any ideas on how I can reattach them? (type of glue?... )
3) Or reuse them somehow? I hate to throw away good cartos/attys that I know have a lot of life in them.
3) is there a cone that will fit over these cartos on an eGo? (I don't normally use cones, but figure it will keep it more stable.)

Worse case is that I stick with the solid 1.6's. I'm a VERY happy camper no matter what. But, I really like seeing the juice in action. :)

I've heard somebody mention that these are more stable than the original version, but I didn't get a chance to see with that one because I had a mishap with a paperclip. :-(

Was this happening to the black whistle tipped ones? The non Beta test sets should be fortified and nearly impossible to detach I did experience since with the standards that were being Beta tested, but again Beta test so we can follow feedback for re-mastering. You should be able to plug them back in and use a dash of glue on the metal base or just throw an ego cone it. Once attached it is kid of loose from there on out which is nerve racking and why they were finished off to be fixed or we won't sell them.
