Since you can buy nearly everything on Ebay at the same price or better why take the chance? If someone on Ebay is really undercutting it's either stolen or fake.I always cringe just a little bit when I click place order on ebay. So far, I've been fortunate with no real issues. In fact, I just bought something last night and commented to my wife that it's like playing roulette on ebay.
Yup, my experience also. Ebay and paypal are the same now, makes claims a little easier. I use ebay because they have stuff not available locally and are almost always cheaper and CS is great. Faster than fastech too. Although fastech is getting faster lately.find a vendor who gives great CS, and also REWARD POINTS, and stick with them.
That way, over time, you will save $$.
really. You want someone who you can email and talk to if and when a problem, who knows you are actually a long time customer.
It's really not worth a coupla dollars to do otherwise, at least not to me.
Edit: For those that think you can get the stuff anywhere, I just got an authentic KangerTech Giant for 15 bucks shipped. If you have a link for a seller that has them at that price please share.
The seller ratings are important in making a decision. That said, I have gotten some KILLER purchases by taking a chance on the new guy. Either way, other than having some funds locked up you really can't lose.
Right now I really feel bad. I posted an mvp on there it sold the lady made the payment and then they pulled it down and I can not reach her. I mailed it off today. The payment is still in PayPal I just hope she does not think she just got screwed.
