Exact same thing with me.

Ebay always sides with the buyer. Done with them too.

Thanks I def will get my post count up and sell/buy here! Ok so for every eBay seller that reads this, do yourself a favor and block this guy from bidding on any of your items. Please go do this now so you won't have to deal with this bs later! His eBay id is:(ID REMOVED)

What a drag..I hate dishonest people...How do you block people from bidding?..Its been a while since I sold anything on ebay.

What Brand is the Socket - If Craftsmen it is 1/2 the value of the mod
If Snap-on it is 2x the value of the mod:laugh:

You have his address, to bad you can't send BRUNO to correct his attitude.

And this type of deception is exactly why I stopped selling on Ebay!
I had to take back a laptop a lady swore was junk and would not turn on. Fortunately for me, she must have regretted spending and actually returned the laptop undamaged.
After thoroughly testing it I sold it on Craigs list locally for $50 more than she paid.:D

hmm, sucks...Ive never had a bad selling experience. A couple buying, but in like 15 years doing business on there and over 300 transactions, i think some bad deals are to be expected. Some people are just thieves on Ebay or off. Ebay isnt gonna open a federal investigation about it though, what can they really do when it's your word against thiers? They dont know who's trying to get over. I know you dont want to hear that but...Ive honestly been surprised theyve always seemed to side with me whenever I make a claim and really have no way of knowing if I'm being honest or not. I think thats true they side with the buyer though.

I know this isn't the "right" thing to do... but you have the person's address. The next time you are on the magazine aisle at a store... grab several those subscription cards they place in them... the seedier the better. Fill them out and check the bill me later box. Then drop in a mailbox. The person will never know who did it... but they'll have to waste a fair amount of time cancelling all those subscriptions.
