Yes, it's true. Was anti-dripping from the beginning of my vaping experience (which started a year ago, ended abruptly, and then began again exactly 30 days ago today).

So when I ordered my eGo, I decided to have the gals at Cignot throw in a driptip...just for giggles. Needless to say, my driptip has not left its perch on my beloved PV. I've been dripping like a crazy woman.

It's not as big of a pain as I had anticipated. It's certainly no more of a hassle than reaching for a pack of cigs, taking one out, scrounging for a lighter, lighting the dam thing, and then throwing it back into my bottomless pit of a handbag only to scrounge for it later.

The flavor? Amazing. Nothing compares...well, except a C2 Carto, but those have their issues still.

If any of you noobs are thumbing your nose at dripping because you think it'll be a pain, I would strongly recommend getting a drip tip and some kicka** juice so you can truly enjoy the flavor (I recommend Backwoods Brew), and give it a shot.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. :)

I have tried it and it is good except no matter what I do I keep getting juice in my mouth. Tried blowing on the tip and even letting it sit for a few before vaping but alas today I got a mouthful of fire and ice. Spicy LOL

Hmmm...what kind of drip tip do you have? I have a couple of the shorties, and they (quite literally) suck...juice, that is.

I'm with you on this Pheisty :) I have been vaping for over 5 months now, thought drippin' would be a pain in the a** ;)
tried it last week, and I'm never going back :) next day I ordered drip tips and allll is good :)

Ahhh, yes. It's so very much better than filling carts...MG, I hated that. Just thinking about all of the perfectly good juice I wasted... Oh well. I've found my happy vaping place, so all is peachy. :)

Oh... I hated that... the filling of carts! AND all the wasted juice.. I was pulling them off all the time to top 'em off anyway, thinking they were dry.... NOPE! just not the best way to vape ;) I still have to do it the old cart style when I'm driving ;) but soon as I've arrived its gone :)

I have a shorty drip tip, a Delrin, and it works fine for me... BUT, I gotta admit I keep looking at all the cool ones out there ;) I am a vaping junkie so I know I have to go and get a few more styles... gotta have some choices, just like with the juices... ya' never know what flavor you may be in the mood for, so ya' have to be well stocked at ALL times :) LOL

ya'll are tempting me .... I've been totally a KR808D-1 with a cartomizer vaper ....the whole atomizer/cartridge thing has intimidated me - but being among all you converts I now need to find out how I can adapt my KR8 to try dripping - so much info in these forums but .... where to find "What do I need?" I guess I could get a 901 atomizer (which I understand is compatible with the KR8 battery) - then add a drip tip and just drip directly onto the atomizer?

Hmmm...I'm not sure about the 901 atomizer being compatible with the KR808, but I do know that you can get an adapter for your KR808 that allows you to use a 501 atty (and thus, drip-tip) on it. I bought one and use it on my KR808. Got mine from GoodProphets. They're pretty cheap (less than $4).

Hi Pheisty! Wow - that was quick - thank you. Nice to meet you! My family originated in SW Wisconsin. - what area are you in?

At least I know I'm on the right track -

Now I just need to decide what type of drip tip to get ... so many choices! .... ceramic, tappered, straight, "Anodized Aluminum" (???), Delrin ....

My family originated in SW Wisconsin -

Thank you again - I've subscribed to this thread so I'll give ya'll an up-date as soon as I try this out!

You're welcome! I feel like I live on this forum, lately...I'm sure my hubs would concur. LOL

I'm actually near the WI/MN border, just outside of the Twin Cities. It's funny...my Grandparents have a place in Haines City, FL. I've spent some time in Winter Haven.

I like the tapered ones, myself. They seem to keep the juice from coming out, and they're more...oh, I hate using this term, but..."ergonomically-correct".

Hope this helps! :)

I've been to Menomonie - nice area! Every tip is very much appreciated - I'll go ergonomic dripping all the way. Winter Haven area is great! We can travel either to Tampa or Orlando with equal ease.

I think my original confusion, since I use cartomizers, is that people use the term "dripping" which apparently can mean dripping in the battery end 'or' the mouth piece end of the cartomizer.

Thank you again for your help!

Harmony try bumping the cig on your hand to get the juice to the bottom, use inertia to help get the juice down the atty.

Thanks I will try that. Right now I am using the stainless steel one from cignot on my Ego. I love the vapor that it produces, however some of the juice obviously isn't made for drinking LOL

That's exactly why I want to "drip"- to give me a routine and give my hands something to do:) Plus, by bypassing the carts, it's one less thing that can fail/clog:)

I think the filler in my carts lasted about 1/2 an hour before I tore them out and started dripping. Then I saw the mods to pull the bridge and wick out of the atty's and well just had to do it lol. So I had my first e cig for a 1/2 hour before I started dripping. It just seemed cleaner and less nasty stuff going in my lungs got my drip tips ordered today along with a bunch of juice I can't wait til Friday yahoo HAPPY VAPING!!!

I was the same way, I tried to use carts again to hopefully conserve A bit, but it did not work, I have been dripping since day 1.

I've become a dripping convert as well when I am home. Much to the dismay of Politically Incorrect, I still use cartos when I am on the go. Please forgive me PI. I love da drip, though. I find that it is actually prevents me from over vaping as I equate it to smoking an analog. Drip 2-3 drops and I'm good for the same amount of time it used to take me to smoke a cig. With cartos, I find myself constantly vaping. It's a good control measure for me. If you are having issues with juice getting in your mouth, try the Super T and/or doing what Elapid said. I give the bottom of my PV a good tap on the couch arm or my hand like I am packing a cigarette right after I drip.
