I'm a FNG, help!

So I got my m601 yesterday. I absolutely love it, but I'm having a problem and hopefully someone can help me out with some advice. I can't seem to find a happy medium when it comes to vapor production or throat hit. It seems like it's either WAY too harsh with excellent vapor production, or no throat hit at all and very thin, wispy vapor. I'm using PTB carts that came with my shipment if it helps. I dont have the 601 or know if this is any help but the most satisfying experience ive had comes from good juice.

Try tasty vapor. I use 24mg with 20% vg added. Has done wonders for me no matter the device.

It's hard to say what's going on. The M601 atty does take a little bit of time to fully break in. It may be in the way that you 'vape' it. Try doing a quick primer puff first (a short, less than one second puff) then a long, smooth one. That might help give you some consistent vapes.

If you're using an electronic cigz M601 then you probably got Crystal Liquid with it. In my experience this is pretty good stuff.

I'm trying to find some old threads I've read where people were discussing ways of reducing throat hit, but I'm not having any luck. I do remember, though, that using more VG and less PG is one way to reduce throat hit. Also, reducing nicotine strength, although you may not want to do that. And finally, some flavors tend to have more or less throat hit, and juice from different vendors can have more or less throat hit too.

Oh, I forgot the most common suggestion!

If you are doing a direct inhale into your lungs, try taking the drag into your mouth and then inhaling from there. That will help cool the vapor a little bit which should help.

Yeah, I've been trying the primer puff when the vapor trails off, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I did get the electronic-cigz.com's m601 and it came with a bottle of VG Crystal Liquid, which is awesome. I don't have as many problems with that liquid. It seems like most of my problems are stemming from the liquid I got from Esmokeyshack.com

I think since I'm new, I just need to shop around and try different liquids and ultimately find out which I like the best. Thanks for all of your replies, guys. I'm very impressed with how helpful everyone has been on here.
