How many watts is my battery @ 4.6 volts putting out? Does the wattage produce more vapper the higher it is?

The wattage it puts out is purely dependent on the resistance of the coil you have in the clearomizer. Take the voltage, multiply it by the voltage (voltage squared) and then divide by the resistance and you get the wattage. For example, if the coil is 2.2 ohms, at 4.6 volts, then the wattage is 4.6 x 4.6 / 2.2 = 9.6 watts.
I started out on Tritons, and they definitely helped me quit cigs. I then upgraded to itaste vv 3 and protanks and iclear 16s. I love the iclears, and they give great taste for a great price. This (or something similar) might be close to what you are looking for since you said in your original post that you wanted something simple, low-profile, and non- box mod.
They are buying higher powered devices.

That's my 30W box mod on the left, Halo Triton in the middle, and a Nemesis mech mod on the right.
If they are using an ego battery, they are not. Very limited in their power output.
If you want that much power or more, you'll need a regulated advanced personal vaporizer (mod).
I'm very familiar with the Halo Triton. My wife has been using a similar Ego/Kanger T2 set-up for 2 years.
Go to walmart and get some glycerin (VG) located near the pharmacy around the isopropyl alcohol. (6oz bottle at $3.69) Add about 25% to your juice. This will get you more like 60pg/40vg ratio and about 13mg nic. That may help get more vapor and less throat hit. But also less flavor.
If that works, you will know that it's the liquid that is the problem. If not, you will need a new device.
Also, Smokeless Image has the same type of threading (808/ego). They have other tanks that will work.
You will eventually move away from this type with the 808/ego threading.

A variable voltage mod has the user change the voltage and the mod sets the wattage based on the voltage set and the resistance of the coil. I can say, without a doubt, that vaping a 1.1 ohm coil at 10 watts is THE best way to vape. (turns out, tho, that only applies to ME)
