Depending on manufacturer:
350mAh= 53mm
400mAh= 59mm
420mAh= 60mm

My own 450 from litecig.com is 60mm and it does last about 4-4.5 hours with a standard 2.2ohm clearo. ymmv

My 350 feels like it lasts under 2 hours. Don't get me wrong it's an excellent battery and the size is perfect(56.65mm) but it just doesn't as last long for when I'm at clinicals or on the go. *Btw I have an 1100mah(114mm) batt for when I'm at home.

Hmm... the evod on the 650mah ego is just over 5 inches ... looks shorter in my picture above but there's a 'perspective' thing going on.

Thanks! Yeah my evod tank is just a bit shorter than my stardust tank. Just a bit above 4.5in. w/ the evod tank on.
Here's a side by side comparison. Vision Spinner 1100mah w/ Stardust tank and stainless drip tip and Kanger Evod tank w/ the 480mah ego batt.
