Welcome. :)

My best advice is that you should spend some time browsing the forum to get some idea of what this whole e-smoking thing is about. You'll notice certain threads are labeled "sticky" at the top of the newcomers' forum . . . pay particular attention to those.

Have some fun looking around, and then post about any specific questions you might have.

I agree with Julie. You have to do the research. I read this forum for 2 weeks before I bought my first PV and still didn't buy the best one. I will save you a little time, make sure you get a manual PV not an auto PV. Manuals have a small button that allows you to heat the atomizer as much as want. It lets you be in control whereas the autos cut off the battery after a few seconds. For a noob, I would suggest the Joye 510. Some good suppliers:

www.eastmall.net - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd

Rocky Mountain Vapor you have reached the mountain top of electronic cigarettes! : Home

e-Smokey Treats - Electronic Cigarette's, The healthy alternative to traditional tobacco cigarette's

Rule of Thumb: the more it looks like the real thing, the worse the performance.
