I just noticed that I am an ECF veteran now. Can't believe it has been a whole year. My one year smoke free anniversary is Feb. 4, and I feel such a sense of accomplishment. I thank everyone that is part of this community for making that possible. If it had not been for ECF, and all the people here willing to help out newbies I might have given up when I was a n00b. THANK YOU!
