Was just sick, sick, sick to death of the bloody daily fatigue. Sick of having to pour coffee after coffee down my neck to be able to function at work.

Do you know what I mean? Anyone else find the worst thing about the analogues was the FATIGUE? I never got much of a cough or anything else but that damned fatigue and fog - screw it, especially now summer's here and it feels worse.

Am in Shanghai and could only find a standard 'Health E-cigarette' with two packs of standard cartridges, but hey it's a start. It's fine tbh, makes you realize all it really is is that stimulating buzz in the forehead.

Just went online and found a cpl of companies that do the FAVORITE set up I had before - Janty Ego-t. Seems can only get standard tobacco juices and I WAS a menthol juice fan, and can't get hold of my old fave ego XL cartomizers but either what I have at the moment, the standard what Americans call 'gas station e-cig' will do until I can get an ego rig set up.

Then in Sept I move back to the UK so will be able to get all I want. Looking forward to a good menthol and I used to like mixing a caramel with a standard tobacco too!

Anyway - REPLY WITH A 'YES' TO THIS POST TO BIG ME UP AND TO CONFIRM THAT SMOKING MADE YOU FEEL TIRED TOO, I WANT TO KNOW IT WAS REAL FOR WHEN MY MIND STARTS TRICKING ME AND HAVING MEMORIES OF SMOKING AND NOT FEELING FATIGUED OR CONVINCING ME IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE THAT MADE ME FATIGUED ETC AS ALWAYS HAPPENS ONCE I FEEL BETTER AGAIN.

Cheers

Yes!!! Definately have more energy for the day after quitting and starting vaping :) Good luck to you and happy you're back here with us.

Thanks GJ.

I know nic is a stim, but the analogues just used to make me get a headrush, feel dizzy then exhausted. Probably due to less oxygen in the blood.

Only have the standard analogue look-alike with standard carts at the mo, but am enjoying 'em, even like that 'perfumey' aftertaste lol.

Will need to get a better set up soon tho, the cart I started two hours ago has died already and I didn't chain vape it. The manufacturer claims '200 mouths' meaning 'draws' I assume - per cart. I think I had about fifty.... Still, 19 carts left so 19 days to get me an ego online.....

Anyone know any tricks to make these cheapo's perform any better let me know. I used to be up on it all, but it's been a few years.....

EDIT - just changed carts and it's still cruddy.... Probably the cheapo atty is on it's way out after 2 hours of vaping.....

Mission get ego-kit begins 9am tomorrow....

EDIT - just got mouth full of juice, atty must be flooded. See I'm getting the lingo / jargon back already!

Stay on the forum is the best way to vape along. I still know nobody who apes anyone who tries it arent up to the big change.
This cheapo I bought is crud already. back on the smokies until I get me a decent set-up. Ah well it shouldn't be too long and the desire to switch back to vaping is not going away, wish more people I knew did it.

I know what your talking about. It's really weird actually, if I smoke a cigarette in the morning it mellows me out, in the afternoon it makes me dead tired, at night it wakes me up and has my heart racing as I am trying to sleep.

If I go most of the day without a cigarette I feel wide awake and somewhat relaxed...maybe because my body is actually getting the proper amount of oxygen..

Well I smoked about only 4 cigs in the last few days since I bought my cheapie e-cig and today I got my Ovale Ego-C kit in the mail!

Have so far been vaping 6mg Virginia Tobacco at 6mg and Menthol also at 6mg for a few hours.

Man I feel so much more alive, alert, energetic, my muscle tone is back - just after two damned days.

I am an HSI (Highly sensitive individual) so puffing on all those chemicals in analogues was putting a massive whack on my nervous system and yes I believe the fatigue was due to that and less oxygen in the blood. I've been smoking for 25 years and started when I was 12 years old so was harming my lungs and pulmonary system before it was even fully developed.

Anyhow have been vaping all evening on my ego and loving it. I'll not deny it I'm enjoying the mental and physical stimulation, it feels like doing low levels of coke to me. I'm bipolar2 , so sensitive to most stuff, 3 beers and I get drunk.

Anyway I am loving the 6mg juices I have (they sent me 20 - yes 20 ego-t carts filled with different juices ranging from 6mg - 11 mg and from menthol, peach, and tobacco flavors, totally unadvertised so I'm chuffed about that) and feel way healthier already.

I'll not deny it I'm getting addicted to the stimulating effect of vaping, bit heck I was addicted to the analogues anyway and this addiction doesn't make me feel twenty years older than I actually am and my face and body look younger already.

My shrink (see him once a month) said it's a good change so that's something.

So yeah to sum it up - I'm loving the ego and the flavors, loving the stim effect and know without doubt or denial I am trading one habit / addiction for another - but hell at least it's a healthier one and I'm not tired all day anymore and am performing 100% better at work (I'm a teacher) so am very proud that I'm doing better for my students and can put more energy and passion inyo my teaching rather than having to pour coffee down my neck all day to keep functioning.

In an ideal world I'd not need a vice / habit. But in this one I do and hell I feel 5 years younger already and remember when I vaped for 6 months straight before and people actually commented on how much better I looked.

They can say we are addicts, say what they like but it's BETTER THAN SMOKING, so good for me and good for all of us if we feel better.

4 or 5 days now and only 3 cigs instead of the 40 I would have smoked!

I feel ten times stronger, more energetic, my muscle tone is better (even though an rotator cuff injury means I've not worked out for 2 months) I look younger, have more bounce in my step, can stay out longer at night when I go to bars, get tired later and the general fatigue has gone, didn't even need half as much coffee today, my head feels less foggy, my mind feels clearer and I feel happier.

So far so very very good!

Noticed it makes me a bit 'farty' sometimes, but better than the effects from the cigs.
