not that anyone here remembers me with my whopping 7 post count lol. i was around here 4 yrs ago (mostly lurking). tried a 510 with atomizer and refilling those little cartridges, used every trick i could find for a wick from stir straws to aquarium filter. in the end it was just a gross mess and i probably never went longer than 4 hrs without a real cig. and that was fighting myself, setting a goal and counting down the minutes until i could have a real cig. i cant even remember how long i did it for but it was prob 3 weeks tops. just an awful experience. leaking everywhere, mouths full of juice, recharging batts all day long and the list goes on.
flash forward to a few weeks ago. well my stepson was home from college and complaining about the smoke on his clothes, in the house, his lungs, ect. i chalked it up to him being part of this wimpy generation since i never complained when i didnt smoke as a kid or a teen. anyways it got me thinking about the ecig again. something that has been completely off my radar. off to youtube i went and wow have things changed in 4 yrs. i ended up picking up an igo4 kit with 2 batts and clearomizers. i didnt read much about it but i saw one review and was a sucker for that cool charger lol.
a little over 4 days later after my first puff of vapor and i havent even considered going for the pack of smokes i have sitting in my drawer. im doing so good im already considering my self a non smoker or former smoker if you will. feels so good i wanna jump for joy lol. now i just need to find some good juices, what i have are ok but trying more is half the fun. the other half is getting more ecigs and accessories lol. doubt i will get into mods but who knows, maybe someday.
edit to add: out of curiosity can i use an ego/510 clearomizer (like a protank) on my old joye 510 batteries? mine are stashed away somewhere or i would check for myself. lord knows where they are though. no need to waste my time looking if i cant use them on it. just figured since i have them than maybe i could find a use, maybe stealth vaping or something idk.
