Okay, I failed you all miserably! I'm crawling back here after 3 years still on analogues - I didn't realise myself it had been that long till I saw my registration date. I gave up the vaping and chucked everything (and I mean everything!) in the bin, stopped posting, deleted TW's emails. My little 901 just wasn't doing it for me, I wasn't getting a hit at all.

I need something bigger, badder and more guaranteed to stop my addiction to the horrible weed. I hear that the e-cigs have moved on significantly since I last tried them, so I'm hoping that it can work this time around. I've gone from a 15-20 a day smoker to about 35-40 a day and had a terrible chest infection last year. I need to stop and I want to stop.

Help!!

Welcome back! If you're looking for recommendations, I would suggest an eGo style get with the 510 threading. The popular makers from members seem to be a kGo or e-Power start up kit. Get a a 1000 mah or larger battery that will give you all day vaping without recharging. It doesn't look like a cigarette but it works great! It got me off of a 40 year pack and a 1/2 day habit.

I'm sure others will have more suggestions with better details. Whatever you choose to use I wish you all the best and it's good to have you back.

The tank-atty system seems to have a few issues, just search for ego-t reviews. I've never tried them and have no desire to. Cartos seem to be the best no hassle system, especially low resistance on an ego type battery. If you find a juice you really like, you can put it in a CARTO tank (different than an atty-tank system) for an all day hassle free vape. :vapor:

I'm also a 3 year drop back in. I was coming from leaking, spitting, dry burning, short battery life, never knowing when your atty was going to die RN-4072/801s.

I'd say things haven't changed as much as I was expecting. The only real improvement I see are the eGo models.
Everything else seems to be centered around people sticking the same ol' same ol' on bigger batteries and trying to run more volts through the same ol' same ol'. They have taken attys, made the cartridges part of the design and priced them as disposable but it's still the same as it ever was.
Strapping tanks on the same ol' same ol' is a good idea but something still needed to be done with the atty idea. And manual switches which were being toyed with in the mod world 3 years ago are now common.

I think the eGo-C takes all those ideas and puts them into a factory e-cig. No stuffing to get rank. The attys last but are priced nice if they don't and they're cleanable.

If not an eGo-C I'd look at some box mods. They seem to be intriguing.
