I'm confused...

Many times I read through the posts of members who make fun, interesting, or educational posts in my opinion. From their profile info I'll click the "posts" link, and read through the ones that catch my interest.

Today I noticed that as I went down the line of posts the username had changed to variations of that persons name maybe a handful if times.

So my question is, do some people change their username whenever they feel like it? I've changed mine once after joining through FB and realizing that the system used my very long FB name as my username. I wasn't aware that we could change it many times, whenever we felt like it.

I'm not looking to change mine anytime soon, but it had me wondering after I noticed that.

I had mine changed once, but I don't think it is something that we can just do on a whim because it has to go through a moderator I believe, or we have to at least fill out a form.

That's how I changed mine, and why I thought it so odd that this person had so many different names.

No, I'm sure. I clicked back and forth between posts/threads to make sure I was in the right place more than once, then I checked the same place on a few other members profiles. I'm positive that they were all in that users post section, and not in the threads where other members posts are also listed. And like I said, they were all variations of the profile name. I didn't want to look like a goofball missing the obvious, so I did a lot of clicking around before posting my question lol.

At my age I'm not partying like it's 1999 anymore lol. But my name is Anne, and I'm still always the life of any get together, so the name has stuck for a while.

Multiple accounts will get a person Banned/Moved On.

Could be more than one person with the same name with just different variations of spelling.
