1.8 and up for your spinner.
To go lower requires a mechanic, because it doesn't have any "protection" built in, and doesn't care what you use.
But you better do a LOT of studying, because those are advanced mods.
Have fun .. your on the road to a new "hobby"

Yep. There may be a better way, but at the very top left is a large blue tab entitled "Forums". Click that and you will get a list of forums. Pick one, and on the far left of the screen is something like Post a Question, or maybe New Threads. Something like that, anyway. That should get you in business.

With six posts, you should be able to post anywhere, but you might have to wait on a system update. As of now, that's about a ten minute wait. Till then, your choice of forums is, well, limited.

I've got a vision spinner 2 with a kanger pro tank 3 ; wondering , can stick batteries with adjustable voltage 3.3 - 4.8 capable of running 1.8-1.4 coils? Working on furthering my knowledge of the operation of these things and how power and current equate vapor production.

1.4 ohms is a bit low for these battery types. I consider 1.6 about the low limit. Keep in mind that the listed resistance is not always accurate. I've seen it go +-0.2 ohms.
