Hi, I have been vaping about a week and a half. I'm still smoking only about 2-3 cigarettes a day. I can't believe these things are working for me. I'm so thrilled and hopeful to be able to quit, finally after 27 yrs. I however, in the last 2 days have been experiencing a dizzy sensation, weird brain-wave like sensation, is the best way I know how to describe it. Has anyone else experienced this? Now I know that after 27 yrs. my body has to adapt. Is this part of the withdrawal? I really experienced them last night after walking briskly for about 30 minutes. I'm also concerned about this weird cough, I've developed. It's almost as if I'm coughing more since I've quit. Thanks for any input on this.:)

See a doctor. No one on here is a medical professional nor should they give you medical advice.

Hi Shayna and welcome to ECF.

IMO the cough is likely from quitting smoking. The dizzy, brain-wave like sensation could be a lot of things and I would take that one to a doctor. I never experienced that when I quit and it's also not what I think of as a over-nic symptom. It could be nothing, but it could be a warning of something more serious, specially since it was after walking for 30 minutes.

I'm not a doctor, this is just my layman's opinion.
