I'm going to miss my Grand!

Dropped it last night at a New Years party, and ended up collapsing the spring and partially melting the button.

PM'd Rob just after midnight, and he's already provided me instructions on sending the Grand to him for repair.. Amazing!

I'm going to miss my Grand! Driving just won't be the same without it..

I have a backup for all my other devices, eGo's, Omega's etc. I've just never had one for the Grand. It's been so solid over the time that I've owned it, that I never thought of getting a backup for it.

I've heard that Rob usually flips repairs out in a day or two, but there's still the 2 weeks or so each way that our lovely postal service will take. 4 weeks or more without the Grand.. sigh! Maybe I should get a backup.

Sorry to hear that! I hope you will get yourself a backup this year - this is a must so you won't have to be without a REO ever again!

It really is amazing that you emailed Rob at that time and he got right back to ya on New Year's! That's our Modpapa - always looking out for his REOkinz! BIG HUGS ROB!

I am a firm believer in backups. I have 2 Omegas, 2 Silver Bullets and 4 eGo's... each has it's own place in the vaping arsenal. Omega's at home, SB's stay in the Office, eGo's for going back and forth to work. The only devices I don't have backups for are my Grand and the GGTS. They are so solid that I never considered getting backups for them.

I have enough to keep me going for the next two weeks, perhaps move the GGTS to the car for the time-being.

LOL, I FedEx'd it to him yesterday, and included FedEx paperwork for the return journey as well. What can I say?! I want it back..
