My grand won't fire. Can someone help me troubleshoot?

It is on my list. I was going to buy one today when I ordered the new charger, but they were out of stock of the one I wanted.

If there is a Harbor Freight near you, they have cheap digital meters that work just fine for our purposes.

I went to Sears for mine, though. No Harbor Freight here.

I Harbor Freight. Got my nephew a HF gift card. He loved it, and it gave me a good excuse to wander the aisles for a couple of hours.

If that ever happened to either of my Grand's, I'd be using the litter box myself. Glad you got it figured out.

I tried pulling the pin down some, and it didn't fix anything, but that's probably because I wasn't really sure what I was doing. Anyhow, I pulled an atty out and put it on the grand I thought wasn't working and it fired right up. I don't know why that carto works on one and not the other, but I'm happy the grand is still working as the atomizer proved.

Over time, after unscrewing and screwing carto's/atties over and over again. Including the possibility that you over tightened it as well. That coul've depressed the pin on the mod downwards. I'm not totally sure about this but, it's a possibility since it happens on other mods. Another thing that you can try out on your carto is that everyone of them has a place where you can put a flat head screwdriver in there.

Just screw it counter clockwise and that should bring the pin outwards a little bit. Just be careful not to overdo it since that can lead to it shorting out the mod. Then you'll be having further complications.
