I'm Going To Start Tomorrow !!!

I'm thrilled !!! If this Blu is junk then I can't wait to see what else is out there. Once it arrived I tried it right away. It's been about 5 hours since I've had a cigarette. Not bad for a 2 pack a day smoker. So far I'm not disappointed at all. The only real issue I'm having is reaching for the ashtray that isn't there.
As soon as i took it out of the box and explained to my 8 year old what it was, she began rattling off 900 reasons why it will be good. Smart kid.
After dinner i sat back with a diet cherry pepsi and i was blown away by how well the vanilla tasted with it.
Even the cat seems pleased with the change, usually i would light a cigarette and she would hide but today shes with me everywhere i go.
Tomorrow i will probably be testing out the Joye 510. I have plans to have a few drinks so i have to decide what flavor i want to have with Jager. I wish i would have planned ahead a little better with the flavors but in time i will build up a nice selection.
Right away i can tell what people mean by the throat hit. Kind of like the difference between a pall mall and a misty ultra light. I think that's something i can get used to.
Now i just need to find a shop that has juice and accessories somewhere within a 100 mile radius of where i live...

I'm sure you will see a difference when you get the 510 kit. I ordered a KGO a few weeks ago which is basically the 510 with a bigger battery and can't stand cigarettes now after smoking them for 20 years. I didn't quit immediately but went from smoking over a pack a day to smoking a half a cigarette every 2-3 days. The only downside is being unable to resist spending too much $ trying new flavors. and switching to cartomizers just for the convenience of holding more liquid. If you do find a local vendor the prices will likely be higher than ordering online. Just make sure you have plenty juice, at least 1 extra backup of every component, and keep your batteries charged. good luck!

It is so much easier than I thought!! I chewed Copenhagen snuff for 30 years and put it down and never ever wanted it again with the help of vaping. You will absolutely love it . But you need to make sure you get the right ecig and ejuice though. So please give it a shot and know you may have to make little changes here and there.
Thanks. I've been stalking this forum for months but never needed to post anything thanks to the wealth of information and resources made available on ECF. Also my kids destroy something in the time it takes to write a post, so I will have to post at my own risk.
You're right. I love the 510. Once i got it ready to go i wanted to try all the flavors i got. The "vivid vanilla" from Blu is sooooo good so i was slightly disappointed with the flavors i picked to go with the Joye. I finally settled on hazelnut. It might end up being my new regular flavor.
I'm getting ready to go out for dinner so the Blu will be dropped into my purse as my backup. I don't know if i'm going to be attempting any stealth vaping while i'm out. The Joye is stainless and the idea of using something in public that could easily be mistaken as a stem has me nervous. No paraphernalia charges for me !!!
It's true, there is so much info here, that one can read and read for months. But it's fun to join in the conversation too! So come on, join in

Today is my 9th day smoke free !!! I want to thank everyone again. All of the information available here is incredibly helpful and there are so many supportive people. It's amazing.

The best of luck to you. I know as soon as you find the e-cig your comfortable you will enjoy it. I'm I on my 4th day and loving it. Plus there are so many video on u-tube to find out what's available it's mind blowing. Technology is so great.

I absolutely adore my Joye 510 !!!
The blu is another story, i misplaced it and that's ok. I was switching back and forth and using the blu as backup. One day i picked it up and put on the 3rd cartomizer and it suddenly decided to heat up on its own and empty itself out. I tried to get the cartomizer off but it ended up so hot i dropped it and had to wait for it to cool off before i could pick it up. Not a pleasant experience at all.
I definitely prefer manual over automatic.
