wow 10 puffs, most that have this issue can get at least a few hours before vaper tounge kicks in. I have to rotate every 2 hours or so. Is this across all juice vendors and flavor types. My wife is a menthol only vaper and tends to loose taste completely no matter what she does in between, but if she puffs on something fruity for a while she can then taste the menthol again for a while.

I had this same problem until I started dripping. Genesis atties are a little better, but bottom-coil tanks don't work for me (the exception being the Nautilus, but I'm still not sold yet). Now I drip all day and usually rotate between 3 or more flavors depending on my mood and no more vaper's tongue. :)

Hi orly, I'm trying to re-wick my Evods like you; what type of cotton do you need? I was hoping to just buy some pre-made wicks, but I'm having trouble sourcing these.

Organic cotton balls... available at Walgreens. Buy a bag, make your own wicks as needed... and never have to worry about sourcing a wick... ever again.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm after; I'm bored of constantly spending cash on the coils all the time. When you said the cotton balls though, do you mean to shred them into strips, then twist these into coils? Also, is it just the wicks I need to replace, or is there anything else that burns out?

Think of worse, here in brazil i cant even coils, its hard since health agency banned ecigs. But this country is a champion in cigarette and illicit drugs consumption... go figure. So im being forced to rebuild my coils. Just looks for vids on youtube, plenty, and the work is just simple. You need to replace the coil itself, but in the process you end replacing the wick as well.
For cotton, i find the best to boil it first, it removes impurities and other things that give a bad taste straight from the package.
