You've gotten some good help, so I will just say welcome to ecf. I know sometimes the information on here is overwhelming and yes it is more difficult than just buying a cartoon of cigs. The end results are worth it though. Be proud of yourself for what you have already accomplished. To quit smoking is no small feat. Everyone here knows that.
