I have three 3.7 volt mods and one 5 volt mod. I use cartos for everything. I'm ready to buy a box mod and I wanna use atty's. I don't wanna drip so I figured a bottom feeder would be for me. I've looked and read a lot and I've decided on a REO. That is if I'm quick enough to get one. I understand they are hard to get.

So.....which one. I love the size of the mini....The grand looks nice too. I'm not crazy about wood. But I want performance. I heard that you can run a mini at 6 volts from a friend. Anybody run a mini at 6 volts? Hows the performance. Does running a mini at 6 volts compare to a grand???? Is the grand THAT much bigger than the mini? I'd love to hear the opinions.

Hi strprwpr....you have chosen well... cartos work well on all the reos. The batteries for the mini to run at 6v have a very low mah rating, but i would think that the hit is comparable to that of the grand at 6v. the grand is a little bigger than the mini. if you check out the Reo photo thread there are pics comparing the sizes. the grand and woodvil are also able to run at 5v with the correct battery. so many battery and atty options for the Grand and woodvil. keep checking the sale thread for updates on when they will be up for sale

I have a Grand and went with it over the mini for one reason, the battery. The AW 18650 2900 mah will last much longer, like all day long longer. The grand is the height of a pack of smokes and about 1/2 in shorter width so its not big at all. I have small hands and it easily fits in them. If the battery life isn't that important then it really don't matter both should work great :)

Well then that's a deal closer for me. It's the Reo Grand for me. I'll be joining your family soon enough. Thanks for all the help and information. I really appreciate it.

Glad I could help....and I'm glad I took those pics before I threw them smokes out! I was going to hold on to them for a whole year...sorta safety net, if you will...but I realized a couple months ago...I don't really need them. I look forward to seeing what you get! :)

Oops, I forgot one thing.....Batteries. I have lots of AW CR123's.....I can stack 2 of these to ape 6 volts....correct? And if I buy 18650's I'll get 3.7 volt.....right? I plan on using 306 atty's......I assume using a 2 ohm at 3.7 and a 3.5 ohm at 6 v. Please correct me if I'm wrong.....Hopefully not.

Looks right to me, but I don't do 6v so perhaps one of my REOnauti vets can help you out with that. :)

Now what about the Woodville. My friend told me that the Woodville is the best of all three as far as quality of vape. If the grand and the woodpile are the same mechanically....how is that possible. Or are they not the same?

Certainly my favorite! Im lazy. I dont want to mess with noalox or off and on switches but those are lame excuses its really just the wood mods I love.

So it's a mini for now.....maybe a Grand in my future.....we'll see. So now which battery's and which charger.....HMMMMMMMM
