I went through some of the overly expensive marginally good devices like SafeCig and Prosmoke before "going pro".
I got the Ego-T and I have been extremely happy with it. I have both the regular and the LR attys. To be honest, I like the regs better.
I also have the B series tanks and attys on the way from Cignot.
Very good system.

I also got the Janty stick V3 about a month ago. To me it hits better and is more flavorful than the Ego-T. I got the adapter to convert it to a 510 unit and have been dripping with it.
This week I ordered the new 510-T tanks and attys. I have to let you know this is a great system now. It is small, convenient and long lasting. I can take it with a few filled cartridges and be good all day. I like to switch up my flavors and the 510-T tank holds .7 mil as opposed to the original Ego-T's 1.1 mil.
.7 mil lasts me quite a while anyway.
The throat hit and the flavor generation using the Janty stick in this way is extremely pleasing. I got the stick for 30.00 here:

If you love the simplicity of the Ego-T but would like more TH and increased flavor, I strongly recommend trying this. I have had no problems at all with the stick and I think I may end up ordering another and converting it for a back up.

They are new tanks made for the 510 that work like the Ego-T tanks. No filler. They do require a new atty made specifically for the tank . They are available now at Cignot. https://www.cignot.com/category_s/68.htm
I'm getting a great draw and as I said much more flavor. The stick is responsible for that I believe.

Man... I've been on the hunt for tanks for a while now. Most of my gear is Volcano. I got the Inferno Tank-O-Mizers and felt they were EPIC FAIL... I also tried the GotVapes "Lucid" tanks. The atty I had to buy with it was FAIL as well. Now... Volcano just released their 510 tanks this past Saturday. Finally got them today. Wow... they're solid! They only hold about .7 ml, but they work right outta the box! I'm diggin them on my Inferno (eGo) and my Magma (510 pen-style). Tons of vapor, throat hit and the flavor it good (not as good as dripping of course, but better than other tanks). They too require a special atty which, as far as I can tell, is a miniature Inferno tank atty with spike/wick.

What kind of syringe do the 510-T tanks need to add juice? Cignot said nothing about that and did not seem to sell any syringes or filling kits.

I bought a 510-T atty (not in my battery color so I'll know which atty is which) and a pack of empty tanks.

How many reuses can you get out of a tank? And do that taste good without any rinsing?

and for the person above - no - never use the fat-battery ecig's charging cable on a slim battery. And never use low resistance attys or cartos on slim batteries. The slim ones electronics are not built to handle larger amounts of current.

Just use a standard syringe that is available through one of the many e-cig suppliers.
I have been just popping off the top like I do with the Ego-T.
It's not as easy with the 510-T because it is smaller but after a few times you get better at it.
As far as the tank life, I think they will last quite a while. I have yet to have to toss out an Ego-T tank and I get the same feeling with the 510-T. They appear to be solid. I have not had any issues with leaks either.
As far as cleaning, I have not had to do that either. The Stick seems to burn quite well and after a few drags, I have the new tank flavor fully.

Glad to hear that I have a magma en-route. I may try the inferno later but the magma seemed the best choice for me starting out. I considered the volcano but I'm a fairly heavy smoker so I thought the magma would be better.

That's it but I guess I screwed mine up because I pulled the whole top off. Not the mouth end BTW.
I've done that on several of the tanks. It hasn't caused any problems either.
It pops right back on and seals without leaking so far.
I didn't know anything about a hinge. I treated it like an Ego tank.
So I guess the good news is the hinge doesn't matter.
Also I realized I made a mistake in my original post. I actually ordered my Stick here:
