I'm a new, old ecig user. I used it to help me quit my other nicotine habits, and when my mod broke (an Itaste model I believe), I just quit since I was only using 3mg nicotine anyway.

Well, I fell off the wagon and started using chewing tobacco again and I want to quit that. I really enjoyed my ecig and the flavors are seemingly endless. I recently tried a friends "unicorn puke" and it was fantastic!

The mods, tanks, and juices have exploded from just a year or two ago and I am at a loss. I don't have a large budget, and I want a mod that is pocket friendly, a tank that doesn't leak and gives me a consistent draw (without going dry and burning), and preferably rechargeable/pass through or comes with spare rechargeable batteries. I prefer the fruity flavors, not a fan of the cake types, and dont want a ton of throat hit. Just a nice set up that is safe and will give me a good flavor. Oh amd I olan on starting back on aroun 10 mg nicotine.

Thanks for the help

So a mouth to lung, mtl, tank. That narrows it down. The newer Zenith tank is getting positive feedback from members here. The Sinuous P80 is a good single 18650 device. Haven't used an internal battery in quite some time so not up to date what's any good.

I'm ok with replaceable batteries. I just do a lot of driving and it is a hassle to worry about charging and changing batteries.
Many dual battery mods that are back pocket or jacket pocket friendly. The Eleaf Invoke is lightweight and small for a dual battery mod. I have a Think Vape Exus Ark I love. The Ark is smaller and lighter than my others.

I don't own a ton of single battery removable mods. The newest Pico might suit you it has a single battery that is removable to charge. If you are a lower power vaper (and if MTL even if slightly less restricted MTL than what you are used to) it might work for you. I think it has 85 wattage capacity (and TC, if you ever decide to go that route, you certainly don't have to right away, or even at all depending on what you find yourself liking.) The pico kit may not be as well suited to you, so if you buy it I'd suggest a mod and tank pairing. It's pretty tiny, although I only owned one briefly, it may limit the diameter of tanks you can put on top.

I will say, I have an invoke mod too and I LOVE it. It is genuinely smaller and lighter than many of my single battery mods, and it does so without sacrificing design. It may be worth a look. If you need something really rugged, the geekvape agis offers a one battery option, but it is more pricy, due to the fact it has been designed to be run over, dunked in water etc. People who have them and are hard on mods tend to like them, though.

But, there are lots of options out there. You've been given some great choices for a tank to "move up" to, and I will say the innoken zenith is a great, well constructed and easy to use tank, it may be worth a look and etc.

Looks like I will be getting a free replaceable battery mod from my brother in laws twin. He bought a new one and doesn't use his "old" one. I don't know what brand, but I remeber it being a decent brand (he likes to spend money ). As soon as I figure out what brand it is, Ill report back so I can ensure I get the best tank I can afford lol. I'm going to look at the zennith. I appreciate all the detailed responses.

Look into the Aspire Zelos... it's a nice device that comes with the nautilus 2 tank which has inexpensive replacement coils so you should do fine on that..

You can get something fancier but I think that would suit you perfectly.

Edit: I see someone is giving you one so that's awesome! Good luck to you and welcome to ECF!

Welcome and glad you joined.
Might want to consider the Eleaf Istick series with a internal LiPo battery. I've been vaping the same Istick TC40W (2600mAh power capacity) for the past two years. What's nice about an internal battery, is you can plug it into most car chargers and charge while driving. Could get two of them, one for charging and backup and one to vape on. You can also drive and vape during charging.
By using an internal battery mod, you could save money by not having to purchase:
back up batterie(s), carrying case, volt meter(s), wraps, charger(s) (backup), battery Do's and Don'ts (Much higher learning curve not to mention the batteries themselves).

Tobeco Super tank $19.99 (built like a tank, 5mL of juice and never leaks. Also can MTL or DTL)

Aspire Atlantis Replacement Bottom Vertical Coils (5 pk) $13.99 (they last over a month per coil for me when I used them.)

VOOPOO GENE CHIP NEWBIE 80W TC BOX MOD $44.99

And welcome back!

+1 on the Tobeco Tanks... tons of coils fit and they are super convenient to fill. You'll find coils like you are used to, or that can produce more output if that becomes important, and they are all pretty inexpensive.

The tobeco Super Tank Mini is the only tank i didn't get rid of when i switched to squonking, for backups.
