I'm new to ECF and am wondering how this works

I was interested in trading juice in the "juice Swaps" section but it said I had to have a certain number of posts before I can do so.
If someone could please explain to me what I need to do or how exactly this works I would greatly appreciate it!

Look through the ECF rules on how to become verified, then you can use the classifieds.

you first have to have 5 posts in new member section, then you can post anywhere. to get into classifieds and swaps you then have to get verified, you need 20posts to start that process. if you click on the orange "verified member" after my name it will tell you how to get verified

If you're solely interested in PIF juice swaps, get your five posts in on the new members section and go over into the PIF forum: Pay It Forward - PIF As others have stated, if you want to buy/sell/trade outside PIF you'll need twenty posts (can be anywhere after those first five) and have to wait a few days or more on the verified member process. Takes about three to five days doing it via PayPal, the rest are apparently a longer process, but I don't have any experience with the others as I've got a verified PayPal account that I used.

Right now I am only interested in trading juices so to do that I only need to have five posts? Also do replies count as posts or do I have to start a whole new thread?
