Hi :) So I'm new to vaping, and I am already hooked on it. Unfortunately, the one I tried first, Envy, doesnt really give me what I'm after. I would like something that FEEEEEELS more like smoking.... I'm browsing the forums to see what people have said about different products, but there are ALOT and I thought that maybe someone can point me in the right direction... Thanks, guys! I really appreciate it! :)

I also prefer a joye 510 however, depending on what size you want there are many different variations. If it must be cig sized then go with a no box kit from Cignot.com. If you want a battery that lasts longer then go with an eGo.

Most people find that within a short period of time they no longer care what it looks like so much as how well it works.

there are also a bunch of other questions that I have for you.

Do you want a really big hit, or are you more concerned with flavor? How much do you want to pay? Is conveinence a big deal. How long do you spend away from a power sourse? I only ask because this will help me and others to help you.

I'm not too worried about a really big hit, but i do want the vapor not just the flavor. I like the feel of smoking. I dont think I want an overpowering flavor, but I do want to be able to taste the yumminess... I've seen alot of different flavors available and am anxious to try them! I think I would like to stick to like a $50-$75 range for the starting kit, but I am more worried about the costs of continuing... I dont want to buy a cheap set just to find out that the cartridges or whatever it is I will need to keep using it to be spendy stuff. I am always close to a power source, whether the regular wall socket or usb. Well, I guess not always, but when I go camping I have a power strip to plug into the cig. lighter. Thanks, guys!!!! I'll be lookin up those 510's and Riva's!! :) Oh yea.... I am not toooooo worried about what it looks like, but... cute/cool would be a plus but not a deal breaker... :)

nicotine nirvana has a dual joyetech 510 kit for 41.99 shipped. thats pretty good, then just buy some liquid and you'll be ready to rumble, I started with this kit, and I still have it and still love it. Of course its the only e cig I've smoked but I'm not even curious to buying a new one... I get great vapor and great taste. Havent touched an analog, and not looking forward to either.

A 510 eGo for sure - very nice piece of kit; I started on a regular 510 which is great apart from abttery life - but I only just got an eGo as I use a PT all the time so I wasnt too worried about batteries for ages :)
Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. do a kit with TWO eGos for around $70 inc shipping.
I shop there all the time which is why I recommend 'em - not affiliated or employed by them though - be a bit of a long drive to work lol

I started off with a joye 510 i loved it until i found my self unhappy with always having to charge my e cig .I soon started looking on web sites for something with a bigger battery.I found the hello 016 and got it over an mnth ago .I love it the battery 1300 mah vs the ego is like 650. I have actually gifted my 510 to a friend.who is looking to make the switch;) parts for it are compared to other kits. so the way i look at it why not get more for my money ;)

IMO, I've been vaping for only a few weeks, all I have to say is that I got this Blu cig, everyone said it sucks but just a few tweaks later (306 atty and Blue foam) and viola! the vapor is like x3 more and thicker that its like your best mod. The starter pack comes with 25 carts, 5 diff flavors and stuff.. I don't want to seem like I'm promoting this product but I'm just saying this is what I got..

In general, people's experience is that VG produces more vapor, but diminished flavor and th. VG is also reported to be slightly sweeter tasting. PG produces more flavor and th, but not as much vapor. Some people report mild allergic symptoms from PG - not many - and therefore choose VG. Most vapers do find that PG causes more throat dryness but compensate by drinking more fluids.

A lot of vapers, when getting custom liquids from companies like Tasty Vapor, VaporBomb, or Freedomsmokeusa, just to name a few, choose a mix, usually about 80% PG and 20% VG to get the better of both.

PG btw is propylene glycol (an FDA approved additive in many foods and some medicines); VG is vegetable glycerine.
