I'm new to vaping

I'm new to vaping. I bought my first setup. Itaste MVP 3 pro kit which included an I sub g tank. I would like to know the best watt and voltage to set it on. Any tips would help.

The best wattage or voltage depends on a couple factors.

The two main ones are:

Ohms (resistance) of the coil

How warm you like your vapor

The juice itself. Some juices vape better at higher wattage, others lower... And some open completely different flavour profiles depending on your settings as well.

Finding the power level that is right for YOU takes a little experimentation.

Most folks start at the lowest power level it will fire, work your way up until you find the best taste.

Pull back if it gets too hot, you stop liking the vape, etc.

It's not that the charts don't exist, but that there are certain questions sub Ohm vapors need to answer.

The calculations are simple, but making sure people vape safely, well ...
