I was cleaning out my laptop bag and realized just how much vape stuff I carry on the daily. It all rides in my laptop bag which seems tailor made for all this junk with its myriad of pockets and compartments. I even carry my laptop and tablet in there, too! My boss walked into my cube while I had all this stuff out and just shook his head, lol.

2 mini Naughties
3 batteries
1 spare coil
Cuetips
Couple of spare juices
Keep a single charger at work

But, I live 7 minutes from work....so,....

I also live that close to work so if I need something I'll just get it when I go home for lunch.

I retired after 36 years as a Xerox field engineer. My laptop bag and my cloth tool bag got too heavy after a while and I bought a rolling laptop bag. I'd stack my tool bag on top of the lap top with a zip cord for stability and roll it all into the building, into the elevator, and across the computer room floor to my equipment.

I had too much stuff in it, but the wheels made it OK! Back then I didn't vape, but I probably would have had much more than I needed in a day. :)

If I'm out for the day, I have a little battery box with an 18650 and a filled carto (just in case my Kayfun coil pops). If I plan to be out more than a few hours, I carry a 3ml bottle of juice. If I go on vacation, I fill up one of those USPS boxes with all sorts of stuff for a week at the beach or the mountains.

To not be prepared means that running out might just present the choice of suffering or buying a pack ... I ain't buying a pack! :p
