resolved! finally got an email reply. and also got my tanks today!! im a happy camper.

placed a couple of orders... emailed them through their website contact form.... and still no sign of ever acknowledging my orders other than the automated 'confirmed order' email. i already have my other stuffs that i ordered from different vendors but it wont do me much good if i dont have a tank to use them with. :( i placed my orders all in the same day and it seems like ibtanked is the only one 'ignoring' my order. ordered 3 tank setup and none to show for. this is no bueno.

i guess it's ok to order from them if you already have spare parts for you apv... but if you're a noobie waiting for your setup to be complete... you're better off buying somewhere else.

i did plan ahead... and ive ordered ALL my stuff on the same day... and this vendor is the only one with no progress whatsoever in regards to shipping the product i bought.

and no, it's not a custom made product. it's a clear tank, ss caps for it. and my 2nd order were 2 complete clear tanks that showed up as being available coz i signed up to their notify email.

i dont know about you... but i'd be a little irritated if i dont see any replies/updates from a vendor even after sending them an email.

When I tried to order on Sunday, there were out of SS caps, but were replenished on Monday. It takes them several days to fulfill your order, custom or not, and then they email shipping info. They are a mom and pop shop, so they get busy. You can always email them, or post on their thread posted above if you are concerned. They are good about emailing back.

You may wish to plan well ahead next time you want special/custom pieces and not blame those that Specialize in them.

You would not expect a Tailor to sew your Tux while you wait..............or would you?

No mention of special and/or custom pieces in his original post.

As for my tailor...I expect him to keep me apprised of any delays in his progress and provide a reasonable time frame for completion of the work he's being paid for.
