Im stumped on making this .Please help

I want to make like a strawberry jelly but cant figure out how . I need it for a PB and Jelly juice . I can do strawberry but its not exactly jelly . How do i get the thick candy type sweetness of a jelly . What type of sweetener would work best for this also ? What does stevia and sucralose taste like ? I have MsTs sweetener but dont know what its made of .

While im asking does anyone have any ideas for a sugar cookie as well . I notice a lot of vendors use vanilla custard in their sugar cookies .I just cant get it perfect though .

I made a good one a long time ago and just added a lot of EM and some Stevia. But that's because I don't like the aftertaste sucralose gives to ejuice.

I like Flavor West's Sugar Cookie. I've used it with Bavarian Cream and it came out nice. Only problem is it's weak and requires a lot of flavoring for the taste to come through. I'm not sure it's worth reordering because of the price and the amount needed. Some day when I'm flush with money I may order it directly from their site so I can get the larger bottle. It is good though. I bet it would make a good Snickerdoodle.

Try Sucralose and perhaps a Drop or two of Pineapple.

I'm with GoodDog. A smack of EM and topped with sweetener.

Add EM until it tastes like a candy coating and then add sweetener until it gets jelly-like.

After you have tried all of the above, if you still don't have the just right flavor, a hint of raspberry can brighten a very sweet strawberry.

Good ideas guys .Ill try it out Only one issue i have . WHen i use lots of EM and sweetener is coats my throat and makes me cough up sweetener for a hour lol . Like with my malty mix . It was so good but i had to stop vaping it because of the throat issue . I also have a issue with no vapor when i use extra sweetener and a little atty clogging .

Also does msTs sweetener have sucralose or stevia? WHat does stevia taste like compared to sucralose?How can i tell the two apart to determine which hers is ? Msts is like a cloudy clear and super sugary which probably doesnt help since both probably are . I want to try whichever one its not but dont know which that is lol .

Im thinking sugar cookie with Cap vanilla custard should do it . All i know is Msts sugar cookie is my daily vape now .Its freaking stupid good . I think it even has snickerdoodle beat since i can vape it for a year straight . I literally went through a 10ml bottle of it in less than a day .

Recently I bought some of that DIYFS Sugar Cookie. Just the little bottle. I mixed some up, with a little Vanillin from TPA and sweetener. It is now my all day vape. Love it. I want to buy a bigger bottle now.

I think we have different ideas of what "lots" is. Don't use that much. Start tiny and bring it up until it has that candy shell taste.

Like my grandpa told me, "Boy, when I said give it some gas, I didn't mean to mash the flim-flammin pedal through the floorboard!" (Note, I removed and changed the colorful language from the actual quote from when I was 9 and driving through the melon patch.)

The wife makes jam all the time the only ting I can tell you is, Jam (jelly) takes 5 cups sugar to 1-1/2 cups fruit and well pectin but not used in DIY ejuice. So maybe it needs to be sweeter then one would think. I dunno just a thought.

Can't you just ask Mrs Ts what her sweetener is? That doesn't seem like it should be a problem since some people don't like artificial sweeteners and some don't like stevia.

i use to make strawberry jam with my daughter when she was young...complete with picking the wild strawberries out of our back yard to sorting through the store bought ones...

we make jam without pectin...pectin is just a thickener/binder..flavorless

add some more sweetness..think overly sweet than usual...or make some more liquid sweetener, instead of the 1/4tsp per 10ml double it for this recipe..if it doesnt work you can just add more pg/pga to even it back out

i cant remember the exact ratio for fruit to sugar...but we added some lemon juice and just kept boiling it..doing it this way you have to cook the jam almost an hour i believe off the top of my head..a lot of fruit had its own pectin levels.. todays pectin is made from apples i believe anyways....

i know the addition of wild strawberries to the mix made it the best strawberry jam we had eaten..

haha didnt know 4% was crazy high .1-2% i can handle ,Thats about what i use normally with EM . With the msTs sweetener i never add more than a drop . My malty is 10% EM in VG . lol .

So any word on how to tell which sweetener i have ?

Try putting it in the fridge and see if crystals form...bet it's sucralose.
