I'm American. Moms coming for holidays and I would love to get her started vaping. Can she take it home with her or will they confiscate it at Customs? Can she have liquid? Can I send her liquid in the mail? OR..are there stores where she can buy it there? Any help is so appreciated....

She shouldn't have a problem coming back with an e cig. Mailing liquid could be stopped but probably not, and there are places to buy liquid in Canada. Not many b&m but lots of online Canadian companies. Depending on the city she lives in I'm sure someone here will know if there is a shop near her.

What you can do is you pay for the juice(billing address) and have them ship it to your mom(shipping address). It could be a problem since most Canadian vendors use EMT as a form of payment and American vendors shipping over the border is a roll of the dice. She is either going to have to learn to buy juice off the internet, find a local B&M store inwhich are pretty well located in large major centers or have a friend do her buying for her. She should have no problem taking the PV over the border but its the juices that can cause the hassles depending on how much your bringing over and the mood of the border guard. Importing juices into Canada is a grey area for customs and most border guards just don't know and they take it just cause they can. I personally get a lot of my vape gear from the US but I buy all my juice from Canadian juice vendors so I don't have to worry about customs other than maybe pay some duty on my gear.

I go back and forth from L.A to Vancouver all the time with my e-juice and gear in my carry on, I even plop all the juice on top of my bag when it goes through that xray machine, they've never batted an eye

Where does she live? If you would want to pay for her juice and have it shipped to her I would not be surprised if you call the company and make arrangements to pay and have it shipped to her. Sometimes if you call customer service and speak to a person they are able to do a lot of things that can not be done on the website. If you can get he a vendor in US to ship to her in US you are set. Maybe set her up an account and prepay so she will have credit and can order.
