What I don't get is how/why Tasty Vapor juice has that effect on a carto. I admit I haven't gotten juice from them for a long time but I never heard his juice killing cartos.....strange....
No, please...ask away, I really want to figure this out!
The juice is not dark..cupcake..pretty light in color.
Yes, it gets yucky with eGo's & my box mod too..little faster with the box I'm sure because it's hotter. It still vapes..and they clean pretty well, but never to have that new fresh carto flavor again, so I hate wasting the juice on cleaned cartos. I tried having two new cartos on 2 dif PVs & switched it up thinking maybe I was "hotboxing" them? Didn't seem to help much. I fill with prob about 1 ml syringe..then after a few vapes I top off..if home w/ syringe, on the road on top dripping. I obsesively keep it full, but don't overfill often to where I have to blow out.
On vacation they lasted much longer..but I didn't have driving or computer mass vapes...

Actually..I have seen a couple of threads discussing this very thing.
Hey meems. mlinky makes a valid point regarding the 901 and adapters. Having said that, if it weren't for my LR901 and drip shield I would have given up on my mini. Disliked the 510 atty's, tried cartos didn't like those. Found my Reo vaping nirvana in the 901. To answer your question about the 901 it's a little longer than a 510 and produces a little cooler vape with a little more flavor. If the other suggestions don't work for you it's worth thinking about. Good Luck!
Meems... De-wick your 306... if you search ECF or youtube, you'll find plenty of results.

ml..I'm not even getting a day out of them, more like half a day & that's sucking on nasty burnt juice for part of that time trying to stretch it. I'm coming from nicotrol inhalers, not from cigs..so it's way more expensive for me than where I was. I would do 0 nic at this point if it weren't for the ulcerative colitis benefits.
testing juice theory on the reg eGo today, I already notice this brand lasts much longer in carto, a 5th of the topping off I was doing, waiting for cisco attys to come in, we'll see if any of those directions work first, if not, I'll move to the next idea!

I tried a yet another 510 atty...and it isn't killing my cupcake flavor! I guess I need to go get a multi meter, huh? To figure out what this one is. I am electronically challenged, any you tube videos for dummies out there on how to use one?

So weird, it may be that the wattage produced by your 3.7v battery and the Cisco 1.5 is too high for your sweet flavor. I absolutely love that combination!
Measuring ohms is easy... set your meter to ohms, stick on lead on the threads of the atty, one in the hole in the bottom of the atty. doesnt matter which lead goes to which connection
I've got some other juice coming, so hoping that will work with the cisco or any of my 306's. I'm on day 2 of vape-a-licious in a carto on ego...so testing that way too.
In the tips & tricks thread there is a link to Basilray's video on using multimeters to check attys/cartos.
One thing that confuses me...a post recently asked, what's the best voltage to vape TV...most said 5-6, in my mind that means stronger, but on 5-6 you actually need standard resistance instead of LR attys, right?
Absolutely. 3.7v use low/standard resistance... 5-6v use standard/high resistance.
Or... dont use low-res on high-voltage... and dont use high-resistance on low-voltage.
I've got the TV Vanilla Cheesecake and a vanilla-cupcake-something else mix as well. And I totally agree- they're carto murderers. One day tops then they taste of asstastic sweatsock, lightly scorched. I find them pretty good dripped on a regular 510 atty, not awesome like the first half day in a carto, but definitely you get flavor. However, on my LR 510 atty? Not a bit of flavor to be found. It's not just you! They're really frustrating- get em hot at all, too, and you get utter nasty even quicker.
Honestly? I had to DIY anyway because I can't vape PG (which put my favorite, the TV cheesecake, right out) and I haven't had that same problem with DIY cheesecake flavors, even though The Perfume Apprentice's cheesecake tastes like what TV uses. So I don't miss it much. If you're up for a little challenge, try to dupe it DIY style- it's a bit of $ up front but much cheaper in the long run, and I've personally loved most of the flavors I've tried since I stuck with some good flavor vendors (NOT Lorann's!) and mostly bakery/vanilla/fruit flavorings that play well together in general.
I just looked and Flavor West makes a Vanilla Cupcake- maybe try that, plus a little of The Perfume Apprentice's Bavarian Cream and maybe some Capella's Vanilla Custard. That'd be my best guess...
Otherwise, I'd say since you discovered dripping on a 510 atty works OK, to go with that if you're happy enough- personally I wasn't thrilled with the TV juice in it- I got some flavor but it was still a little muted- but it was better than going through dozens of cartos.

OK is about the best I can describe it..still doesn't compare to cartos...sniff. I broke down yesterday, didn't care if it was killing a carto, I wanted my freaking cupcake & I wanted it on my carto! I have kbv birthday cake coming in, hoping that works...their buttercream is too...caramel? And, 6 mg is actually high for me now..giving me palpitations, which is what I have in kbv & vape a licious...so along I plod...the reo sits unused on the desk while I figure this out.
