But on every site I go to they are out of stock of one or two of the things I want. I found a really cute sandblasted tank - out of the matching caps. Wanted to reorder my regular juice - out of stock. Try a new juice - nope, site is down. Another tank maybe, not available til Saturday. New battery - negative, not available in that color at this time. Load my cart with several things then that last cartomizer I want out of stock. Another site, a different item out of stock. Is this normal? Any recommendations for a vendor that is well supplied or is that just the nature of vaping? Is is becoming so popular that no one can keep inventory?

I want one of those cute graphics in my signature but for now:

Third day without analogs, 45 cigarettes avoided, No telling how far in the hole I am money wise (don't care if I ever break even)!

The had the same issues: not wanting to pay multiple 5 dollar plus shipping or dancing the fine line between overspending and running dangerously low on supplies.

One of the reasons I went to Genesis style atomizers.

I make a pretty hard run at juice now when I find something I like. My last order to AVE was 100ml or Boba and 90+ml or other assorted flavors.

LitecigUSA (Electronic Cigarette Supplies & Electronic Cigarette Refills for Name-Brand Electronic Cigarettes! E-Cigs from LiteCigUSA) as well... I've ordered from them in the past.

Congrats on your 3 days without smoking :) Unfortunately your experience with vendors being out of stock is normal.

A lot of our vendors are small operations that don't carry huge inventories. They tend to order from their suppliers in China once a month and that in itself is filled with problems and delays sometimes. Besides that their customers are always chasing the newest hot item and what was the hot item two months ago can be dead inventory tomorrow so they don't want to get caught with over stock of something that people stop buying. Then there are the vendors that are custom making products we want to purchase and they tend to be one man operations, often doing this in their spare time with full time jobs elsewhere and supply often can't keep up with demand.

Best recommendation is to never wait until you are almost out of anything to place an order. If you do find something you really like order it in larger quantities when its on sale. Keep a list handy of your "wants" that you don't need right now. When you do order from a vendor something you need check to see if they have anything on that want list so you can combine orders. Always check to see if a vendor has a discount code even without a sale and watch for sales to place your orders. Good Luck ! :)

Both glad and disappointed to hear this is "normal" as I thought it was because of the FDA crap and vendor's fears of getting caught with hardware they can't unload. It seems so prevalent that the first thing I do is check the shipping charge. $30.00 shipping because I had to buy multiple places could buy me a new battery or a couple of bottles of juice. It truly irks me when I hear a vendor defend their high shipping charges when I know the really low amount they pay monthly for USPS priority service. Anyone can find that out so it really insults me.
