I have a tracking # for an EMS shipment but when I type in the captcha code that goes along with submitting it, it keeps saying "the last two letters must be English". It happens in FireFox and in IE. Dammit, I only KNOW English and am putting in the captcha properly!
Has anyone else run into this? Yes, I emailed the vendor and EMS but am not really getting anywhere.
