Imeo any ideas for a wickless Atomizer.

Saw a video on Carburetors and it looked like it is possible to make one, do you think there would be enough air pressure to achieve this

of course Adam. But it needs a lot of work and thought for it. Its not something you can make in 1 day

when pulling the liquid up one (or more) wire, then the user would determine the amount of air/liquid ? sort of ?

It was just a random search on a chain saw carburetor that i was looking at it described how it actually worked in a animation sorry i dont have the link. Just google how does a carburetor work.
