Yes, I mention it but priorities change all the time Gredie. Now I am making Stealths because first run was only 90. Then I have to make multiatty. When Iatty will finish, the VV electronic part will be ready so I have to make the hardware for it.

Oh, I forgot to say that new Stealths will have steel connector and steel venting cap. I finally manage to make those parts from steel. I will also make more venting caps so GGTS users can change their cap if they want!

I know it has been stated that that is the rule. However is the 801 cap actually discontinued or just hasn't been produced in a while. Given how new (relatively speaking) the GGTS and E-Cigs in general are the difference between the two can be a fine line.

Either way I wish you luck on getting your hands on an 801 top cap.

Ay yi yi you almost gave me a heart attack over the 801 cap fright. Was going to chase off after 2 more till I continued to read.

Guys, I already have some problems with those steel connectors. Machine said that it would be done but they doesnt seem that they can manage this easily. I will keep you updated

Imeo, are they machining problems? Stainless is "gummy" to machine because of the chromium. Can you get 303 or 416 stainless readily in Greece? What we do when machining high tech Stainless is to harden it a bit, a quick quench will do it, it then behave more like carbon steel. Also, have you tried CBN (Cubic boron nitrate) tool bits? They cut through anything very nicely. I can send you a nice piece of 303 directly from my supplier if you want to try.

Problems doesnt come from the material exactly but from my designs Torq. The problem to the front cap is the channel it has that meets the venting holes. Too much material comes inside this channel while tool is cutting and the tool cant cut the rest of the piece in the right way. As for the cap, the problem is the channels again, especially the channel under the cap. Its too deep for the thin and short tools we use to make it right and sometimes the tool cant go deep enough and "eats" the face of the cup.
The machine shop always complains about my designs. They say that they are too complicated. They ask me why I dont make something simple. But simple cant give me the freedom to do exactly what I want to do.
