As most of you know I carry the majority of the items for the GG products. Spare parts are somewhat hit and miss depending on what I have on hand. We are working on eliminating that issue. The extension tubes I decided to not carry because of liability issues. But we will be selling replacement mid-sections soon and if you buy 3 of them at a time, that's up to you. :)

Another issue I'm working to eliminate is my SLOWNESS. The continued growth at VaporKings.com pushes us to our limits sometimes and I know people see it in my lethargic replies to "out of the box" issues. By out of the box I mean questions and inquiries about parts I normally don't stock. Often it's because I have to contact Imeo (in opposite time zones) or rummage through things to see what I might have available (or can steal from complete units).

I promise by next year (that's only a month away!) I will have a more complete selection of spare parts and such. I will also make a greater effort to respond to you guys quickly when you need center pins and stuff like that. I know Ripp and ImYourSalt are probably frustrated with me right now and I apologize guys. There is a lot going on behind the .Com over here that many people don't see. It's 2AM and I've been up since 8AM yesterday. This is my typical routine and yet I still don't seem to get it all done sometimes, but I -am- trying. I know Hopefull and the like are/were able to respond here very quickly...and no disrespect to anyone but we are just so damn busy with everything that I just can't possibly keep up with this forum on top of everything else. It certainly isn't because I don't care or I'm not interested. Please don't ever hesitate to contact me on the website...I am pretty good about quickly answering simple issues/questions.

Imeo, where I need your help is spare parts and the prices for them.

Someone also mentioned a "request" thread that you can tell Imeo parts you want and he can ship them to me on our next shipment to be distributed to whoever orders them. I think this is a good idea...and make it a sticky.

Late last night I sent a brief email asking about parts availabilty for a few things expecting to get a reply sometime today, maybe.

I was very surprised to get an answer a few minutes later.

While in a perfect world, we would need no parts and you would have plenty anyway, or be able to get the almost instantly if you didn't... well, that is not the world we live in.

Fast response to email counts for a LOT with me, and I think it understandable that with this device- fairly custom, fairly rare, that not everything can be available at a moments notice.

I appreciate that you (and Imeo too) are doing what you can to improve the availability of extras and spares.

Are you kidding!? A few months ago I called Vaporkings to ask a question. No one was available to answer the phone at the time of my call so I decided not to leave a voice message and email the question instead. Not only was my email promptly replied to, you personally called me back the same day at my office even though I didn't leave a message just because you spotted my phone number on your phones' "Caller ID"! As far as I'm concerned, you and Vaporkings get a customer service A+!
