Important! Petition to President Obama...

Since I'm new tot he ECF and haven't made 5 posts, I can't post this anywhere but the new members forum. Perhaps one of the moderators will see this, elevate it, move it to a different forum, and/or make it sticky.

I searched the White House site We the People for petitions to prevent the FDA from regulating or banning electronic cigarettes, accessories and associated liquids. I was surprised that there wasn't one. So I created one.

We have until February 12, 2013 to gather 25,000 signatures for President Obama to review and act on this petition or we have to start over. Please post this link on Facebook, tweet it, post it on your blogs and websites, email it to your friends and get the word out.

I am the 8th signature. If this has the potential to carry benefits for the e-cigarette community and economy then we need to slap this thread on the front page of these forums. This forum covers most of the world so we can easily reach 25,000 signatures in time.

Edit: The number on the left of the petition page is how many signatures we need. 24,992 still needed as of now.

Guys you do know this has already been done once before. The response then was sorry, not gonna touch it, we have the FDA in place to deal with it. So kinda pointless to do this all over again don't ya think?
