The smoke inhalation restricts the blood vessels and causes the blood pressure to rise. When the vessels are constricted, blood has a more difficult time getting to your extremities. So cold hands and feet. Nicotine by itself will still cause constriction, but not nearly as bad as it would combined with all the toxins in cigarette smoke, and the smoke inhalation.
Im already noticing less pain in my hands and feet as well as feeling warmer all over. I used to carry a small blanket around the house with me...Always freezing. Just from cutting back to 3-4 analogs a day from over a PAD has improved all of this.
