Cool thanks for all the help. Is it bad to use a battery until it doesn't fire? Will the multimeter show 0 for that battery?

It would be hard to get that low. It starts making less and less vapor all the way down.
I notice the diminished vapor about 3.8 volts and change. I have gone down to 3.6 but the vapor production is pretty low at that point.

I feel like a snob those poor eGo users that start at 3.6
