With the lack of information about these, I suspect they are another of the rebranded who-knows-what batteries coming on the market.

If the intended use is in a regulated device, I would take a chance and see how they perform.

If the intended use is in a mechanical mod, I will always err on the side of using a well-reviewed and tested battery.

There are only a few battery manufacturers, there are dozens of distributors that re name & wrap cells, many to most label them with fictitious amp rates.
The new norm is to market batteries by their pulse/burst rate, problem is there are no none zero industry standards of how pulse/burst is tested.

If you asked the seller for an authentic from the manufacturer spec sheet you won't get one because then you would know what cell they have re wrapped and the cells true ratings.
If you had a an authentic spec sheet you then could compare it to what the seller claims and see pages missing, decimal points moved/removed, temperature statistics & time & rest periods deleted,,, the fictional marketing ratings.

As mah increases CDR decreases, there is no way around it.
