thanks for the post...
got one of these a while back ...
info is definitely scarce on it...
still dont know what to make of it really ...
all I know is... a handful of vapers and quiet a few laser heads seems to like em....
I remain suspicious... although its preforms fine for me so far... I dont have any fancy equipment for testing though

Just an FYI.

There is no 18650 battery rated higher than 30A CDR REGARDLESS of what is printed on the wrapper.

I have no information on the battery you are posting about and have not seen any tests on them. There are many batteries out in the marketplace with wrappers claiming higher amp ratings. Most of them are printed with the "pulse/burst" rating. All the ones I have seen with 35A & 40A printed on the wrapper are really 20A continuous.

indeed the 38 amp claim is one for pulse rating ... from what Ive seen ... from some highly suspect spec listings ... they are also supposed to be 32 amp continuous.. but I dont buy that for a second ... way too close to the pulse ...with far too little literature on the subject ... I would really like to see a reputable source do some real tests on these ... the trend of labeling pulse ratings and nothing else is a dangerous game... thats giving a huge benefit of the doubt to the claims that it is the actual pulse rating in the beginning
