That is a 10 ampere rated battery. If I'm looking at the correct specs, your Pipeline Pro is only capable of pushing 5 amperes, so that would be a good battery for that.
For Kanthal, I would suggest 28 awg or 30 awg Kanthal A-1.
Personally, I hate cotton wicks and use rayon... but if you're gonna use cotton, then go for Ko Gen Do (or something like that) Organic Japanese Cotton.
