My Hexohm V3 has a lifetime warranty. Bought it after blowing through 5 Chinese mass produced mods. One of the better choices i've made.

When shops contact Smok, they don't get warranty support. It's not listed how long the device is warranted for either. So it's effectively whatever the shop is willing to do as a return and eat the cost.

Did you buy the G-Priv 2 Luxe Edition from Smoktech? That price is outrageous, even with the $99 voucher. Also, they ship from China. Chinese New Year starts Feb. 11th and China is closed for 10 days. VaporDNA had it in stock yesterday but no longer has the rainbow. this is all my personal experence but people are saying that smok has a bad rep for qc but I'm not sure it is desevered because no one knows how many units they sell if you sell 5000 units and 100 are bad that is not to bad. The smokeshop near me has sold over 50 units in the last 4 monthes with o returns except some coils that I was able to fix for them.
