I just recently switched to the eGo-C, and I have been using this for about 2-3 weeks now. I like the tanks compared to having to deal with a cart and blue foam. However I am already getting a little tired of the tanks. I haven't had too much of a leaking problem, but more of just that gross burnt taste, and the pain of filling the tanks. I like to really taste my ejuice, I'm a fruity kind of gal, and I also like a good throat hit, both of which I feel like I am losing with the tanks. Right now I am using the LR atty heads. Is there a clearomizer that can give me what I'm looking? Good vapor, great taste, and a good throat hit? I've researched the forum for days, and feel like I know what I should get, but I was hoping someone out there could just help guide me... I'm not the most educated when it comes to knowing all the ins and outs of vaping. I usually just stick to what I know, and stay within my comfort zones. Lol

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Xo

I think I am the last holdout still useing the ego c attys. The c has many problems but I just deal with the high failure rate and leaking but when they work there amazing. I started using the dual coil tank or DCTs. Widely available at you fav supplier . There good and don't have many problems. The thing is if you want the throat hit as the c you must have a veritable voltage battery. With a DCT i found the voltage needs to be set at 4 volts or higher. As for flavor delivery I thought the ego c attys are the best, and I tried the visions, stardust's and lots of others and the flavor is muted. but they don't leak. you have to find your middle ground. I'm still looking.

I'm not Ken,but YES! you CAN! Here's a variable voltage pass through.Pass through means you can toke on it while it's charging.Sitting at the computer,in your car, wherever you have access to power and a usb port,or a 110 outlet,or cigarette lighter outlet in your car.
It's a 650mAh battery. and it's only 25 bucks. it comes in 3 different finishes as well-matte silver, black and stainless. Variable voltage is the ONLY way to vape. Start out low,and work your way up.You will know when it's too high-it sort of burns your throat.Just back it off and you'll love it. It may sound complicated but it is actually quite simple. And when your battery starts getting weaker you can turn it up to accommodate.

eGo V2 - Variable voltage passthrough Battery - Stainless Steel | Passthroughs | iVAPE

Now here is a 1300mAh (!!!) VARIABLE VOLTAGE battery -also 25 bucks. it's not a pass through, but 1300 will probably last you a couple of days without a charge. Good deal.

You'll probably need a charger.My old one fit but didn't work.It has to be a 420mA. here's one.4 bucks.

I like youvape.com. they ship right away, you'll have your stuff in 3 days. You can call them and Dean (the owner,I think) is really helpful.

Here's a great dual-coil tank for ten bucks. You can replace the innards for 2 bucks,as they do wear out in time. plenty of helpful videos on youtube for how-to's on cleaning and replacing parts.Very simple stuff.

the battery I am using are the ego twist. But there outdated and theirs now better VV out there. I saw the ego v2 battery that hrferic is talking about and they look great and a lot easier to adjust the voltage. Going to get one for my girl. the battery is too small for my use. I don't know herefic but he uses the same store I would recommend for hardware, IVAPE. They seem to carry most of the latest batteries and clearomizers. Plus I stopped at there store front once and had a great time. Plan on getting the veritube x from them soon.
Venerable voltage make a big difference and if you plan to stay vaping it is a upgrade well worth it.

you should have no problems using a LR atty with a vv just start out at the lowest setting and work up.
I MAY HAVE SPOKEN TO SOON! I'm not sure you can use a LR atty with the twist,so to be on the safe side I'll say don't do it until you check with someone who is more knowledgeable on this subject.

I've done some research. You are best off NOT using a LR atty with the stronger batteries. They burn out faster and you can damage the battery.

A VV may or may not been needed, but that is for you to decide. I have been using the standard Ego-T battery and it has been giving me good vapes the whole time. I would suggest getting yourslef a Vision Vivi Nova, or Mini Nova tank to top your battery and a C sleeve to make it look nice if you get the full sized one. It is supper easy to fill and clean and I have not once had any leaking issues with it. Great flavor and TH depending on your juice.

You could always give the Kanger T2 a try. It's a top coil clearomizer with eGo threading. The T3 is a Bottom Coil version, a little longer. I've used the T2 more than the T3 thus far and am a little more partial to it. With a top coil the wicks come out of the coil and into the tank. Holds around 2.5ml. All you do is swirl it a little very now and then to keep the wicks wet.

I recommend the vivi nova v3. I use the slim model (2.0ml) on my kgo vv (similar to ego twist, has a few extra features) and on my kgo 1100mah batteries. It is by far my favorite tank/atty I own, it gives great taste and a terrific throat hit. It also is somewhat rebuildable, you can buy new heads which you just screw into the vivi nova and you're good to go. I use the 1.8 ohm head @ 3.7 volts (your ego-c is a 3.7 volt device) so it would work the same for you on your ego-c as it does on my kgo vv if you use the 1.8 ohm head. Here's a link:

This is a link to the replaceable heads:

Vision Nova Replacement Heads V3 long Wick

They also make the vivi nova "mega" which holds 3.5ml of juice (the one above is the slim which holds 2.0ml). Here is a link to the mega (3.5ml):

AND here is a link to the kGo VV (variable voltage) which I use and it works terrific. It is partial pass-through which means you can use it while it is charging as long as you have at least 1 bar of battery life.

KGO V.V. 650mAh

Just a heads up, the kGo VV only comes with a USB charger (no wall plug) but you can plug it into the wall adapter that came with your ego-c.

Good Luck!
